We want you to love your purchase—if you’re not happy with it, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within the following terms:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a pre-paid return label.
- Package the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective product or our error).
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color adjustments.
If you’d like to switch to a different item (e.g., a new size or color), please place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return for your original purchase.
In cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong style sent), we may, at our discretion.
If your purchase is defective (e.g., torn seams, faulty zippers), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a refund, exchange, or free repair.
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable by our company.
If you return an item, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and, where required by law and if the return stems from our error, we will also refund the original shipping fee). However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be included in this refund
